Remember us in your will
By remembering Sightsavers' work in you Will, you are providing people who really need your support with hope for the future.
Our vision is of a world where no one is blind from avoidable causes and where visually impaired people participate equally in society.
It is estimated that the number of blind people in the world will increase to around 76 million by 2020, if action is not taken. With 90% of blindness occurring in developing countries Sightsavers work has never been more important.
Leaving a gift in your Will to Sightsavers will help us to reach even more people in some of the worlds poorest countries. To reach even more communities and undertake larger projects, offering rehabilitation to those who are blind as well as sight-saving treatment in the poorest communities.
Did you know that in the UK, charities receive between 40-65% of their income from legacies but in Ireland this figure is only between 5-10%, and yet it is a very simple way to give and show your commitment.
