Seveno Kope village lies on the border between Togo and Ghana, West Africa. Denis Avoudoupou (above, peach shirt) is the chief of this village and has also been the community distributor for the Mectizan ® programme here since 1997. Each year, Denis distributes Mectizan® to each person in his community. Thanks to him, people like Abra Kpognom (left, blue and green dress) are well enough to earn an income. Abra says "I am sure that it is thanks to this medication that I am healthy enough sell my food at the school."
