Noors Story
Noor Muhammad from Pakistan was a painter when his sight began to fail. At 60 years old, it started with pain in his right eye. Soon after, vision in his left eye started to go too. Both were cataract. With four daughters and two school-going grandchildren, he worried about looking after them and feared how his life would pass. Thankfully, through the help of Sightsavers, Noor received the necessary operations and his sight was successfully restored in both eyes. He is a very happy painter and enthusiastic to work hard so that his grandchildren have a better future. Your gifts have helped Noor feel young again.
