Payroll giving

Another, less active, way to help is to take part in Payroll Giving. Through this scheme, a small tax-free deduction is made from your salary every pay day, and donated to Sightsavers. Many companies now match staff donations to charity.

This is an excellent way for companies to demonstrate their commitment to the community and build good relations with employees.
