The campaign aims to raise money to save the sight of 250,000 people living in some of the world’s poorest countries – equivalent to the population of Galway city and county.
If you’d like to give the gift of sight, look out for our interactive digital display unit, which will feature in Eyre Square from 11 March.
To activate the display unit, just tap your debit or credit card to donate €2. You’ll then be able to watch a video showing how your gift can help to save someone from a lifetime of missed moments.
Keep an eye on our social media channels on Facebook and Twitter, and share your own #MissedMoments with us.
With your help, we can restore people’s sight so they never miss life-changing moments.
