Connecting the Dots: Investing in youth with disabilities in Uganda

The EU-funded Connecting the Dots project, run by Sightsavers in Uganda, was implemented in collaboration with Uganda National Association of the Blind and the National Union of Disabled People of Uganda.

Completed in August 2016, the project sought to give 324 young people with disabilities  access to vocational skills, and to promote their acceptance as productive employees by their families, vocational institutions, employers and the general public. The executive summary assesses the extent to which the project achieved these results and documents lessons learned. Publication date: November 2016.
